In Q4 2023, the top five dining and restaurant apps in Malta showed varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. Data from Sensor Tower reveals the following trends.

McDonald’s - Non-US experienced a relatively steady download rate. Weekly downloads fluctuated around the 300 to 500 range, peaking at 512 in the week of November 20. The app saw a slight decline towards the end of December, closing the quarter with 354 downloads in the last week.

Burger King® Malta had a significant spike in downloads at the beginning of the quarter, reaching 1.2K in the first week of October. However, downloads decreased substantially, stabilizing around the 100 to 200 range for the remainder of the quarter, with a slight increase to 245 downloads in the week of December 18.

Costa Club Malta showed a peak in the first week of October with 537 downloads. Following this, the app saw a notable drop, maintaining a weekly download rate between 50 to 80 for most of the quarter, ending with 78 downloads in the last week of December.

ZEN to GO maintained a consistent performance throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads ranged between 60 to 90, with minor fluctuations and no significant peaks or drops. The app ended the quarter with 82 downloads during the last week of December.

Domino's Malta had a steady download rate, generally ranging from 37 to 73 downloads per week. The app saw a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 64 downloads in the final week of December.
